Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label, or download the QR code for a paperless drop-off at participating carrier locations.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the items in their original Hunter branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
